What I wrote on February 3rd last year.
Feel the flow of spirit (breath)… All else is an illusion. The flow of spirit, is the flow of life, is the flow of Source energy… All else is a falsification. A distraction.
Bring the feeling of flow, the feeling of spirit, the feeling of breath without interference, to its proper place. The foreground of your consciousness.
You cannot perform with peace because you are performing for others. You cannot sing because you want to impress and be heard by others. You cannot speak because you want others to listen. You sing, you speak because the spirit, the breath, the freeing of Source energy calls you to do so. It is enough to be the only witness. To be your only witness… There is no need for others to witness. God witnesses.
When feeling your breath/spirit flow from and through you is not enough, when you aren’t content with this, when you are unsatisfied, you perform for others. You begin to speak too loud, sing too loud, become too tense. Stress negatively affects you when acting with improper intention. You must suffer for this attachment to outside validation. You imply god witnessing isn’t enough. You are not content with god witnessing, God listening. You say God’s presence is unsatisfactory with the intention to receive outside validation. Of course you cannot be at peace. You’ve given god’s power to humans. To society. To the ephemeral rather than the eternal.
