Ah, the comfort zone. My baby brother was into Aikido, Buddhism, the Tao and he died at 31 from a YMCA Ropes Course called Going Beyond your Comfort Zone. He had a 2.5 year old daughter and a 30 day baby girl as well at home in 1993.
